Recognized for his strategic planning prowess, Dwayne Pow has played a crucial role in the success of startups, non-profits, and small businesses, guiding them to scale and thrive. His outstanding moments include being named First Team All-Team CHSAA in 2012-2013 at LaSalle High School based in Manhattan,
NY and contributing significantly to Mineral Area Division I Junior College’s Regional and Conference Championships in 2014-2015. Also notable as one of the Top Freshmen in Region 16.
Despite challenges, Dwayne continued his journey as a Division I athlete at Niagara University, excelling as a starting point guard until an unfortunate injury. His impact in the fields of sports and business is acknowledged in reputable publications like the New York Times and other publications reflecting his influence. Throughout his impressive career, Dwayne Pow remains devoted to positive change, personal development, and fostering success across all levels.

Ian DaCosta
Ian is a well-rounded strategic partner with an MBA who is results-oriented with 10+ years of successful business development positions of increasing responsibility and duties while cultivating fruitful relationships with clients on an enterprise scale. He carries expertise in managing organizational change to achieve maximum results. Ian has an entrepreneurial leadership style with highly effective planning, organizational, and communication skills as well as a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving. In addition, he has proficiency in developing broad and deep relationships at all levels organizationally and globally, while proactively providing judgement on policies, bench-marking, and recommendations to optimize programs, reduce costs, and drive efficiencies for clients.

Doug Cornfeild
Doug Cornfield, a former track and field star who showcased his athletic prowess at Taylor University before securing a full scholarship transfer to the University of Georgia (UGA), where he became a top contender in the SEC. His achievements at UGA earned him a lasting legacy, with several top-ten performances in both indoor and outdoor Track & Field.
Post-college, Doug made strides in the business world, excelling as a top sales representative for what is now NEST Entertainment. His remarkable success led to an appointment as East Coast Regional Vice President in 1992, propelling the company’s sales from $500,000 per year to an astounding $500,000 per week within three years.
In the early 2000s, Doug ventured into the financial sector, joining Merrill Lynch in March 2000. His role as a senior financial advisor reflected his expertise and commitment to financial excellence.
Fast forward to 2009, Doug embraced his entrepreneurial roots once again, forming a powerful partnership with Dave Clark, a professional baseball player with an inspiring story. Together, they founded Disability Dream & Do, dedicated to organizing disability sports events that encourage the community to “Dream & Do.”
Doug’s journey continued as he evolved into an author, speaker, and director of Disability, Dream, and Do (D3Day) sports camps, collaborating with Dave Clark to provide inclusive opportunities for children with special needs. Additionally, as the founding member of the Pulling Each Other Along Collective, Doug continues to inspire growth among entrepreneurs while hosting the Pulling Each Other Along Podcast (PEOA) and presenting the PEOA Award at Disability Dream & Do (D3Day) events.

Nancy Street
Nancy D. Street has 30 years of experience managing and consulting to organizations ranging from start-ups (including her own) to divisions of Fortune 100 companies. Currently, she is Founder and CEO of Lolovivi, a mission based fine jewelry company. She has particular expertise in developing products for, and marketing to, high net worth populations as she did at American Express, Shearson Smith Barney, Merrill Lynch and ALLearn (a distance learning joint venture between Princeton, Stanford, Oxford and Yale). Nancy has also worked on the agency side, having begun her career at BBDO and J. Walter Thompson. She’s a cum laude graduate of Brown University and completed the Merrill Lynch/Wharton Executive Education Program. Nancy is certified to teach spin and yoga, as a natural foods chef, and sits on the board of two nonprofit organizations. She lives in New Rochelle, NY with her husband and most enjoys spending time with her three grown children.
